- Lead yoga classes for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
- Teach student correct and suitable posture for their bodies.
- Ensure maximum benefit and safety for students.
- Guide students to get to know their body and mind, and find their balance between the flexibility, mobility and strength.
- Introduce breath awareness & meditation at the beginning of class.
- Integrate Vinyasa (Surya/Chandra Namaskara) into different postures for main part of class.
- Finish with relaxation & meditation.
- Customise class plan with an intention of the day, mostly based on mindfulness and Zen meditation.
