  • Teach student correct and suitable posture for their bodies.
  • Ensure maximum benefit and safety for students.
  • Guide students to get to know their body and mind, and find their balance between the flexibility, mobility and strength.
  • Introduce breath awareness & meditation at the beginning of class.
  • Integrate Vinyasa (Surya/Chandra Namaskara) into different postures for main part of class.
  • Finish with relaxation & meditation.
  • Customise class plan with an intention of the day, mostly based on mindfulness and Zen meditation.
